Warranty Period of Protection Devices Forpost-1, Spinor, Vernada Geo, and Warranty Obligations

The manufacturer, Spinor International LLC (Ukraine), guarantees the quality and reliability of the protection devices Forpost-1, Spinor, Vernada Geo, Vernada Odo, 4G/5G Protector, and Vernada Car.

The guaranteed service life of the Spinor device is 2 years; Forpost-1, Vernada Odo, 4G/5G Protector, and Vernada Car have a minimum service life of 7 years.

However, the inspection of several dozen devices manufactured in 1993 did not reveal any significant reduction in their protective properties. Therefore, the device’s developers believe that the guaranteed service life of Forpost-1 may significantly exceed the period specified in the instructions.

Warranty service for the protection device is provided free of charge throughout its entire guaranteed service life, provided the operating rules are strictly followed and there is no mechanical or other damage to the device.

  • We guarantee the delivery of the devices, as well as their dispatch on the same or the next working day after payment of the ORDER.
  • We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with our product, we will refund your money!
  • If our product does not suit you, we will refund your money!
  • If our product is of poor quality, we will refund your money!
  • Try our product within 90 days of purchase, and if you are not satisfied with it, we will refund your money!

Return Policy

To return a product, you must have the following:

  • A passport confirming your identity;
  • A document confirming the purchase of the product from us;
  • The return of the product must occur within 90 days, excluding the day of purchase;

If for any reason you cannot provide a document confirming the purchase, you need to provide a witness who can confirm that the purchase was made specifically at our store. To avoid any conflict situations, please keep all receipts/invoices for your purchases!

The following conditions must also be met:

  • The product and packaging must retain their original condition (keep the boxes);
  • Any defects found are not the result of improper use of the product.

If all of the above conditions are met, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product no later than 10 working days from the date of return.
