Anatoly Robertovich Pavlenko: A pioneer in bio-safe electronics

Holding a PhD in Engineering, he is an Academician of the UNESCO International Academy of Bioenergy Technologies, Vice-President of the Aerospace Association, the first Doctor of Energy-Information Sciences in Ukraine, and a Professor at the Faculty of Bio-Medical Technologies of the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine.”
Pavlenko A.R. is the founder of a new direction – bio-safe electronics. The introduction of his developments into production has significantly improved working conditions and reduced the risk of occupational diseases among users of computers, telephones, televisions, and other electronic equipment.
Anatoly Robertovich collaborates with many scientists from around the world, the most famous of whom are: Akimov A.E (creator of the theory of torsion fields), Shipov G.I (creator of the theory of physical vacuum), Kaznacheev V.P. Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Professor, and many others.
Pavlenko A.R. is the author of over 150 printed works, including 5 monographs, and holds 52 author’s certificates of the USSR, 19 patents of Ukraine, 3 patents of the USA, and 2 patents of France. His books “Computer, TV and Health?” and “Computer, Mobile and Health?” have been reprinted 6 times.

For his personal contribution to the revival of spirituality, national science, and culture, Anatoly Pavlenko was awarded the “Holy Sophia” award by the Assembly of Business Circles.
He was twice awarded medals of the VDNKh of the USSR and was awarded a diploma of the State Department of Intellectual Property for the first place in the nomination “Best Invention – 2001” in the direction of “Environmental Protection.”

Brief Biography
Anatoly Robertovich Pavlenko was born on January 1, 1941, in Zhytomyr region.
In 1963, he entered the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. After graduating from the university, he worked at the Kyiv Plant of Computing and Control Systems and at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. At the university, he rose from a senior engineer to an associate professor, deputy head of the department “Registration and display of information.” For over 30 years, he has been fruitfully working in the field of information technology development, original design developments with high technical and economic indicators.
Since 1991 – director of the firm “Spinor International”
Since 1995 – the device Forpost-1 has been produced Since 1982, his developments have been systematically presented at international exhibitions and exhibitions of Ukraine.
Since 2005 – the device Spinor has been produced In 2006, he defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty “Non-computer information technologies.”
Since 2006 – Professor of the Faculty of Biomedical Technologies of the University “Ukraine”
Since 2012 – the device Vernada Geo has been produced
Since 2014 – the device Vernada Auto (Car) has been produced
Since 2016 – the device Vernada Odo and 4g/5g protector have been produced
