Omsk, Russia October 18, 2005
Le Conquet, France
Purpose of the test:
Testing the effectiveness of protection against the torsion component of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) of the mobile phone holographic resonator Spinor at ultra-long distances.
Transfer of the protective properties of a holographic resonator from one subscriber’s mobile phone (a protected phone) to another subscriber’s mobile phone (an unprotected phone).
Test conditions:
The experiment was conducted simultaneously in two cities: Omsk, Russia and Le Conquet, Place de Lochrist, France. The distance was over 9000 km.
Using the IGA-1 device (factory number 0402013, TU 4224-001-12704605-2001), in accordance with the operating instructions, a place free from geopathogenic and technopathogenic zones was selected. To eliminate the influence of side electromagnetic radiation EMI, the mobile phone was placed on a metallized fabric of the Voskhod type (Art. 56041 “M”, range 1.8 – 53.2 GHz, reflection coefficient – not less than 99.6%, transmission coefficient – not less than 24 dB.).
The measurements were carried out by the IGA-1 device (from both sides). From the Russian side, two Sony Ricksson T630 mobile phones were used. One had Spinor protection installed (used for permanent communication between France and Russia), the other phone had no protection (test).
Test procedure:
The experiment starts at 15:55 local time (09:55 GMT). The experiment ends at 16:55 local time (10:55 GMT). A total of 15 (fifteen) blind probing tests were conducted.
A call was made from a mobile phone (without protection) to a test phone on the French side, lasting 90 seconds. During this time, measurements were taken for the presence or absence of the torsion component of the EMP on the mobile phones (on both sides). The next call was made 2 minutes later. At the same time, protection was installed on the Russian side in a pre-established order, unknown to the French side.
At the end of the experiment, the results were compared.

Conclusions:
- The holographic resonator Spinor protects the user of a mobile phone from the torsion component of the EMI recorded by the IGA-1 device and the biolocation operators present during the experiment.
- The experiment showed complete agreement (100%) of the results on both sides.
- The effectiveness of protection does not depend on distance and, most importantly, extends from a protected phone to an unprotected phone.
- Approaches to the development of a new direction of fundamental and applied research, called “Biosafe Electronics”, have been identified.
Note:
- During the experiment the following effect was revealed:
- When two communication lines were operating simultaneously (a call to a permanent telephone and to a test telephone) and there was a holographic resonator on both telephones, the IGA-1 device recorded a significant increase in the torsion field (i.e. it behaved as if measuring radiation from a strong generator of the right torsion field – the device’s arrow sharply deviated to the extreme positions at equal intervals of time).
- At the same time, the experimenters representing the French side recorded the presence of a positive field (right torsion field).
- It is possible that we observed an amplification effect when adding fields of the same name in accordance with the laws of their interaction.
- This effect requires further verification and interpretation.
Conclusion:
- Holographic resonator Spinor neutralizes the torsional component of electromagnetic radiation from mobile phones.
- The security properties are transferred from the secure phone to the unsecure phone.
- The transfer of protective properties does not depend on the distance between subscribers.
- The mentioned resonator, after conducting additional medical and biological tests, can be recommended as a preventive measure to eliminate the factors of negative influence of the torsion component of EMI of mobile phones on users.
